Compare the Offered Item on the Same Basis
Ask each supplier to describe the exact offered item and its condition, kit contents, inspection information and commercial terms. Compare written details rather than relying on a product photograph or a general model name.
This guide concerns Komatsu application inquiries handled by Aizhen Parts. Use it to organize information before asking for service filter kits; it does not establish compatibility for an individual machine.
Details to Prepare
- Machine and engine model
- Existing filter reference numbers
- Thread, seal and housing dimensions if unknown
- Filter types and quantities required
Put the Requirements in Writing
| RFQ field | Information to send |
|---|---|
| Application | Komatsu, machine or engine model, serial number |
| Part reference | Full number from the old item or parts documentation; identify uncertain references |
| Images | Clear overall view, identification plate and connection or mounting details |
| Quantity | Quantity for each line, with any required kit contents |
| Destination | Country or port, requested delivery date and packing needs |
Review the Quotation
Confirm the offered reference, application, quantity and included components. Ask the supplier to state price, availability, lead time, packing and any requested inspection evidence. Treat unresolved fitment questions as open items before placing an order.
Use Photos as Supporting Information
Product images on this website are illustrations. For an actual purchase, request photos and identifying details of the proposed supplied item and compare them with your machine documentation. Refer installation and service questions to qualified technicians and the applicable service manual.
